Tire blew out on the 210 freeway today, I was barely able to get over to the offramp in time, but Kritical Towing did a great job changing my tire. People kept flying off the offramp and almost hitting us!! These guys risk their lives for real everyday and am so grateful they took care of me so quickly and i was able to get going again safely. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience with this towing service from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived right on time, and handled my vehicle with great care. The driver was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

What really stood out was their reliability and communication—they kept me informed the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. The pricing was fair, with no hidden fees or surprises.

If you’re ever in need of a dependable towing company, I highly recommend this service. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

The best service, they arrived quickly. I called them and in less than 10 minutes they came to my rescue. I left the keys inside the car.
